Cold callers/suspicious activity:

Been bothered by any cold callers – particularly after dark? The police say please give them a call on
101
if you are concerned or notice anything untoward.
They will take your call seriously – this last weekend (8/9 November), a number of villagers reported a man trying to doorstep sell photos, with a sob story about his grand-daughter.
The police apprehended him and sent him on his way. So don’t be reluctant to call.
